Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Introduction

Welcome to ONLY Yummy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at onlyummi.com and our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

ONLY Yummy is operated by ONLY Yummy Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202451773N).

2. Order Placement & Acceptance

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Contract Formation: A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order made by you for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • GST: Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.
  • Price Errors: While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver across mainland Singapore.

  • Delivery Fees:
    • Orders above $100: Free Delivery
    • Orders between $50 and $100: $5 Delivery Fee
    • Orders below $50: $10 Delivery Fee
  • Delivery Locations: We do not deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, and military bases. Deliveries to Sentosa may incur a surcharge.
  • Delivery Times: While we aim to deliver within the timeframe selected or indicated, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that delivery may take more than 4-7 days during peak seasons or promotions. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Self-Collection: Please note that self-collection is not available at this time.
  • Receiving Goods: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep or with building security if deemed safe. ONLY Yummy is not responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been delivered.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient and the courier cannot find a safe place to leave the items, a re-delivery fee will apply for subsequent attempts.

5. Product Quality & Perishables

As our products are food items, they are perishable.

  • Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Storage: Please follow the storage instructions provided on the packaging or product page. ONLY Yummy is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Product Representation: While we aim for consistency, slight variations in colour, shape, or texture may occur as some of our products are handmade or use natural ingredients.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Due to the food safety and perishable nature of our products:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns of food products once they have left our facility.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund as preparation may have already begun.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we specialize in zero-sugar products, our items may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, or gluten.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list provided for each product. ONLY Yummy is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ONLY Yummy Pte. Ltd. and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Marketing Communications

By creating an account and providing your contact information (email address and phone number), you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including newsletters, promotions, and updates.
